Pala has spent generations championing Sardinia's native grapes, crafting wines that capture the island's warmth, coastal influence, and vibrant Mediterranean spirit.
Passopisciaro farms some of the most celebrated vineyards on Mount Etna, producing expressive wines shaped by ancient lava flows, dramatic elevations, and one of the world's most unique growing environments.
Paired with five courses paying homage to the region's famous street food, incredible seafood, and hidden secret recipes, these wines offer a rare opportunity to experience two of Italy's most distinctive wine cultures side by side.
